Our longings, desires, hopes, dreams, yearnings, and needs are met and fulfilled in the Triune God. Look to Him. Listen closely. Pay attention.

Crafting a Rule of Life is about paying close attention to all of those inner longings. To do so, we must sit prayerfully. We must sit quietly. We must sit unhurriedly. And we must seek first the kingdom of God. Today, may you seek the voice of God as the primary informant of your life and all of its circumstances. And may your journey on the well-ordered way help you find that which you seek.
